This form allows an attorney to apply to the PDC's Public Defense Roster
  • Provide the applying attorney's name.
  • Please enter the applying attorney's Idaho State Bar #.
  • Please enter the counties that the applying attorney will be working in.
  • Please enter the applying attorney's role in their counties. You may choose more than one.
  • Please check which types of cases the applying attorney is willing or interested in working.
  • If the applying attorney has a contract with a specified term, please enter the term.
  • If the applying attorney has a contract, please upload it here. Contracts may only be uploaded in PDF format. If the file is larger than 5 megabytes, please reach out to the PDC Office.

  • If you do not have a contract, please explain why you are eligible for the PD Roster by describing any relevant legal experience and the reason you are applying. NOTE: If approved to be included on the PD Roster, applicant must comply with all PDC Indigent Defense Standards, including the submission of an Annual Report pursuant to Idaho Code § 19-864.
